Customization

* Please include a note to the seller with the personalization information

* Email your high-quality, high-resolution image at least 300 dpi
(Note 300 dpi is required for the 20x24 or 20x30 sizes)

* Editing or repair to your image is not included

* Sign will be prepared as you see it. Changes to our design and layout
will require a "customization fee."

* Also available as an Anniversary poster or any birth year

* Include a note to seller with the following information:

4 Legged Mommy to:

4 - ten letters or less single word compliments

4 - twelve words or fewer sentence compliments

1 - sixteen word or less compliment or 2 additional
Eight-word compliments.

The "Love of a Family... and Aged To Perfection" are not changeable.

You may also substitute wording from the Mother, Wife
Sister, Grandma or 4 Legged compliments. Please keep
all word count close to original to ensure it will fit.

PDF Preference (our files are delivered standard as .jpg)

Email your good quality high-resolution at least 300 dpi image to
(susan@bsusan.com) do not send high res images through
Etsy Convo - they reduce the size making them too small.

Turnaround Time
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

* RUSH Processing will be turned around within 12-24 business hours once we
receive the information & image to place in the project.

* Standard Processing is 2-3 business days once we receive your
information and image to place in the project. If you need it sooner you
must purchase the RUSH option.

* Design hours are Monday through Friday from 9-6 PM EST. Orders are
accepted after hours and on weekends but will not be processed until the
next business day. Please contact us to check our availability if your rush
order is needed outside of our regular business hours.

Printing Options
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Upload your digital file to your choice of printing source.

I suggest identifying your printing source before placing your order to
select the correct size poster for your project. Many of the popular local
sources do not offer 20x24. Most offer 16x20. Please check so you do not
have to purchase a resizing upgrade afterward.

I will resize for a $5 fee to match any size requirements if they are
different than our standard sizes.

Color Variations
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

* Please be aware that colors vary from monitor to monitor. Your final
product may have a color shift due to the differences between computers
and monitors. We calibrate our design monitors regularly to ensure color
match with the professional print lab that our photography studio uses.

Due to the nature of the product, once the file is sent, no refunds are possible. Our digital files are for personal use only. Please do not share or redistribute in any fashion.
