Refunds, Exchanges, and Order Cancellation Policy
The products and designs on our website are delivered as digital downloads only. Due to the nature of this process, returns and refunds are not possible. If you have placed an order and would like to cancel, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may process a cancellation. Once we’ve begun design work on your order, cancellations are no longer possible.
Non-returnable or exchangable items:
- Gift Cards
- All Downloadable Designs and Products
- Personalized Items
Refunds
For order cancellations, once you’ve submitted a request through email, we will confirm your request through email. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund based on your order status.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your online statement or bank account.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, due to the digital nature of our products, exchanges are not possible once a design has been created.
